Summer 2018

Oakley Industries is proud to announce their participation and commitment to the SME PRIME Initiative slated to begin at Fraser High School.  We’ve committed both time and money that will help provide hands-on, career-readiness training that will give Fraser students the knowledge and skills to enter the workforce upon graduation or supplement their post-secondary education.
 
In a nutshell, we will be working with the Society of Manufacturing Engineers and Fraser High School to help shape the curriculum for careers here and other local employers.  We’ll be able to show the students opportunities at Oakley Industries and help them with the education and training needed to compete in the work force.
 
While we’re certainly glad to better our community, we’re also hoping to help develop our workforce of the future.  This results in well-paying jobs and satisfying careers for these young men and women.
