Oakley Industries’ CAD Department is
the starting point for most of our jobs.
Our experienced team takes product
data, designs tooling, runs forming
simulations, creates toolpaths for our
mills and designs check aids and
assembly fixtures. They are also
involved in offline programming for our
welding cells and robotic hemmer.
In addition, we’ve added a 3D printer.
We often design and make aids for locating welds in our assembly area. Finally, for service and classic car stampings we can take existing stampings and reverse engineer them to create the product in CAD and then design and build tooling.
