Oakley Industries has over 40 presses in a variety of sizes and tonnage
formats.  Our largest is rated at 1600/900 tons with 180"X96" bed
size.  We stamp everything from large Class A body panels, to frame
components, brackets, and clips.

In addition to offering prototype stamping services, we run service and short run production, perform die tryout, and use our Kirksite tooling to prove out
production processes.  This is accomplished by the following steps:
    1.  Creating CAD draw development
    2.  Machining the Kirksite tooling to the development.
    3.  Working the tool in the press to provide a draw panel
    4.  Scanning any physical tooling changes made.
    5.  Inputting changes (CAD department) into the development data, making it ready to start a hard tool cutter path.
Because the Kirksite is easy to work with, this upfront work can save enormous amounts of money in hard die tryout.
