Usually in this space we feature our facilities or machinery and equipment, but what really makes things happen at Oakley Industries is the people.  We have a team of creative, thoughtful, and motivated individuals that utilize our tools to provide our customers with innovative solutions to their needs.  Regardless of part complexity, out tool design team will provide tooling solutions and designs and our press department will make them work.  Our fixture department will design and build assembly and check fixtures meeting customer requirements.

Our foundry and machining departments work two shifts to reduce tooling lead time and our sheet metal department works to provide a superior finished product.

Finally, our quality department works in advance with the rest of the team to provide a quality outcome and troubleshoot any potential problems.

Best of all, the departments work together providing a larger array of ideas and solutions, recognizing that each area is dependent on the other, and our successes are shared.
